On the Move
Several departments and units in the Faculty of Medicine & Dentistry are moving from their present locations to great new facilities in the Katz Group Centre for Pharmacy and Health Research (KATZ), and the Li Ka Shing Centre for Health Research Innovation (LKS).
Information and updates for moves into these two buildings will be communicated on this page. Moves into the Medical Sciences Building have been completed.
For faculty, staff and learners

Laboratory Closeout and Relocation Guidelines
These detailed guidelines are issued by the U of A Department of Environmental Health & Safety. The Laboratory Closeout and Relocation Guidelines are the only approved method for registering new laboratory spaces, and temporary or permanent closure of laboratory facilities at the University of Alberta.

User group representatives
Each group moving into the Li Ka Shing or Katz Centres has a user group representative to act as their liaison for the move. All questions and requests related to moving should be directed to this person or designated alternate.
