Submit Event

Complete the following form to submit your event to the Faculty of Medicine & Dentistry's online events calendar. Please note that events will not appear until after they have been approved by the calendar's administrator.

Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.

Calendar * [?]Select the calendar where you want these events to appear.

Event Title * [?]Enter the full title of your event.

Short Title * [?]Enter a shorter version of the title of your event. This will be displayed where space is limited on the calendar to make everything easier to read.

Description of Event [?]Enter a description of your event. Avoid repeating information already in other fields like the date and location. Make important information like the intended audience, registration deadlines and where to get more information clear.

Location [?]Enter the location where this event will occur. If it is an on campus building, use the full name of the building (e.g. OJ1.18 Walter C Mackenzie Health Sciences Centre). If it is off campus, include the complete street address, city and province (e.g. Shaw Conference Centre, 9797 Jasper AVE NW, Edmonton, AB).

Event Date * [?]Enter the date on which this event will occur. If the event is a repeating event, enter the first date this event will occur.

Event Time * All Day From: to [?]Enter the exact start and end times for this event or choose 'All Day Event' to leave the times flexible.
